Hi-Tech hospital blast tragedy, the victim who claimed to be Dilip Samantaray dies, death toll rises to 3

Bhubaneswar, 06/01/24 (TBN):
In the latest development concerning the tragic Oxygen cylinder blast at Hi-Tech Hospital, the individual identifying as Dilip Samantaray has tragically passed away while receiving treatment, as confirmed by hospital authorities. This unfortunate event has raised the death toll to three.

The doctors pronounced him deceased late last night, identifying the victim as Dillip Samantray. Initially, on December 31st, medical professionals had declared Dillip as having succumbed to his injuries.

However, it later emerged that a significant error occurred in the process of identifying the deceased, leading to the mistaken belief that Dillip was alive. Distraught upon hearing news of Dillip’s supposed death, his wife took her own life on January 1st.

Nevertheless, the hospital authorities have officially confirmed the passing of Dillip Samantray. Despite indications of stability in Dillip’s condition as conveyed by hospital doctors yesterday, the circumstances leading to his demise last night remain a pressing question.
